PC Basics Training is for anyone who wants to get to know their PC better.  PCs were designed to make our lives easier, but more often than not they are the source of daily frustration!  As with most things, the more you understand, the easier things get.  This short online training course will give you an overview of how a PC works and some tips for troubleshooting so you can solve your own technical problems.  Don't be bowled over by geek-speak, find out what it all really means!

Duration

30 minutes.  Online Q&A is available and questions will be answered by the Facilitator at the end of the training course.
