TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF BOOKING

Please read the Terms and Conditions of Sale carefully as they are the basis upon which bookings are accepted by Get Me Enterprises Pty Ltd ABN 14 130 402 452 (Get Me Enterprises)

1.  Prices & GST
(a) All prices quoted are in Australian Dollars
(b) Goods & Services tax (GST) at the current rate will be applied to orders for customers in Australia only
(c) In event of the GST rate being increased between the booking confirmation and a workshop the client (You) will be liable to pay such increase before attending the training course.

2.  Price Changes
(a) All prices are subject to change without prior notice until Your booking is confirmed.

3.  Discount
(a) If You have a discount code to be applied, this must be entered at time of booking in the appropriate field on the order form.
(b) Discounts cannot be applied after the order has been processed .

4.  Payment
(a) All bookings must be paid for in full at time of booking through PayPal, VISA, MasterCard or American Express. 
(b) Payments made by credit card will attract a 2% surcharge fee.

5.  Booking Confirmation & Venue Details
(a) You will receive an email confirming this booking once payment has been accepted.  You will receive full login details for the training course at least 24 hours before the course is scheduled to commence. 
(b) If booking date is within 24 hours of the training course start time the email will be sent as soon as possible after receipt of booking. 

6.  Changes to Training Course Details
(a) Training course details are correct at time of advertising.  Get me Enterprises will make every effort to deliver the course as advertised however, Get Me Enterprises reserves the right to amend the title, content, presenter, date or time of any course at any time.

7.  Training Course Cancellations
(a) If You are unable to attend the training course, You may access a recording of the course for 7 days after the course is run.
(b) Bookings cancelled 5 business days or more before the course will be refunded in full. 
(c) Bookings cancelled less than 5 business days before the workshop will not be entitled to a refund. 
(f) Any cancellation must be advised in writing to Get Me Enterprises either by email, fax or letter.
(g) In the event that the training course is cancelled by Get Me Enterprises, all booking fees paid will be refunded in full or places on an alternative course will be offered for Your consideration.

8.  Liability, Warranties and Indemnities
(a) Subject to clause 8(c) Get Me Enterprises makes no express warranties beyond those stated in these terms and conditions. All conditions and warranties implied by statute or common law, are to the extent permitted by law, expressly excluded.
(b) To the extent permitted by law, Get Me Enterprises excludes all liability to You for any loss or damage suffered by You or any other person howsoever arising (whether in negligence or otherwise). In particular, Get Me Enterprises will not be responsible for any indirect or consequential loss or damage of any kind in contract, tort, under any statute or otherwise.
(c) Where the law implies any term into these terms and conditions and it is prohibited to exclude or modify such terms, Get Me Enterprises' liability for breach of such terms is limited to one of the following options (at Get Me Enterprises' option):

(i) the re-supply of the agreed services (or equivalent services); or
(ii) the payment of the cost of re-supplying the services (or equivalent services).

(d) Except where clause 8(c) applies, the total liability of Get Me Enterprises to You or any other person for loss or damage will not exceed in aggregate the total amount of the fees payable for the workshop(s) booked. 
(e) Neither party will be liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations under these terms and conditions to the extent such delay or failure is caused by a malfunction of any part of the internet or either party's internet infrastructure.

9.  Intellectual Property
(a) Get Me Enterprises and its independent facilitators own the copyright to all materials distributed throughout the course of a workshop. 
(b) Attendees are not permitted to reproduce this material in any form for either personal use or commercial gain unless expressly permitted to do so by Get Me Enterprises or its independent facilitators as is applicable.

10. Privacy
(a) Get Me Enterprises collects personal information from You for the purpose of providing the workshop.
(b) Get Me Enterprises will not disclose Your personal information to any third party unless required by law or You consent.

11.  Governing Law
(a) These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of that State.
